As the wings of economic
liberalization spread, it encompasses in itself the globalization of Indian
Economy, eliminating political boundaries and providing immense
opportunities in a world wide scenario. Infrastructural development,
healthcare and quality education, are spelled as the top priorities for a
globalised India. Since its establishment in 1910, AAIDU has been involved
in training and teaching hundreds of international students from the Middle
East, South East Asia and several African countries.
In the recent years AAIDU, has achieved the distinction to be among the top
universities in India and South East Asia. The university is moving towards
greater heights and looking forward to collaborate with several universities
in the developed countries such as USA, Canada, European Union, Japan and
Australia. The diversification of education is being felt as a challenge and
ongoing efforts of international collaboration is definitely defining the
high standards of education the university is striving to maintain. The
borders are opening, and students are receiving greater opportunities to
study at a university abroad. But to be able to meet the competition of
their peers, academic institutions will have to develop an ever-better
international reputation. Scientific institutions wishing to prepare their
students for an international career will be responsible for imbuing the
level and content of their curricula with an international dimension.
Keeping in view, the internationalisation of the university, following
appropriate international activities are undertaken, building up and
maintaining a strategically chosen network of foreign partner Universities /
industries, faculty and student exchange with foreign partner universities /
institutions , offering non-mainstream courses to foreign target groups,
International curriculum development, collaborative academic and research
